Power out for several blocks near NW 23rd after transformer blew
Loud pop around 9:40pm and the whole block went dark from Walker to Classen. Utility truck showed up about twenty minutes later. Crews say they are working it tonight. Traffic lights at the 23rd intersection are dark, treat it as a four-way stop.
