Signal is completely dark, not even flashing. People are treating it as a four-way but it is getting hairy at rush hour. Reported to the city hotline.

Beach cleanup Saturday morning, they need hands
Group is meeting at the north lot at 8am with bags and grabbers provided. Last one pulled almost 400 pounds off the sand. Kids welcome with a parent.
